HISTORICAL OF BLORA
In the XVI century Blora into the Duchy Jipang Government, which at that time still under the rule of Demak. Duke Jipang at that time named Aryo Penangsang, better known by the name of Aria Jipang. His reign area include: Pati, Lasem, Blora and Jipang own. But after bachelor Tingkir (Hadiwijaya) inherited the throne of Demak, the center moved to Pajang pemerinthan. Thus Blora Pajang enter the Kingdom.

Alms Earth or Thanksgiving

Alms Earth is a Javanese tradition that is still sustainable. Almost all the villages in Central Java and East Java hold this ritual. Even the Javanese transmigrants also perform the same activities. Including ethnic Javanese community in Karimunjawa.

In the tradition of Alms Earth Karimunjawa held once a year on Monday Apit month Legi (Javanese). In contrast to the villages in Java in general, is not an annual ritual at the tomb of the elder or punden Danyang, but held at the Village Hall. One day before the salvation of the village has been announced in the mosque and lodges. The next day bende voice and pounding gong sounded. Inviting community members to gather at the Village Hall each bring alms. A variety of snacks and snack carried. After prayers dhuhur, the event was immediately begun.

Eid al-Adha

Hey guys...now in my country there is good activity...Mostly society in indonesia are muslim,On November 6th,2011 or On Dzulhijah 10th.Muslims in Indonesia very happy becouse feast day namely Eid al Adha for muslims not only in Indonesia but in The world.usually we often hear with Hajj's Day...but actually same.
my activity if we celebrate Eid al Adha in the morning at 07 AM until 10 AM we do Eid al adha praying,...

MY ACTIVITY IN THIS MONTH

Firstly I want to tell you about the beautiful activity what  I do in this month….what is that…..????

“Fasting”….do you know what is fasting??? Fasting is activity what does in the romadlon month and if we do fasting we can’t  eat,drink  and keep our desire, we can’t eat drink from early morning sometimes at 3.00 AM until Maghrib time or afternoon at  6.00 PM,In Indonesia asepecialy in my city                mostly moeslem ,so fasting is our obligation for moeslem …..

Why am I very happy to celebrate the romadlon month ????...becouse this month is diferent with the other month…maybe if this month was past I’m so sad ,becouse for the moeslem that time for look for charity or salary .in my city childern celebrate the fasting month or romadlon month with light firecracker eventough that is dangerous but we can keep our selves.

Besides we light firecracker ,we very happy with Terawih praying….Terawih praying just only in romadlon month besides in romadlon there isn’t terawih praying..because terawih praying special in romadlon month

My Activity in Romadlon month…

From the first I do break fasting…..break fasting from 03.00 AM until 04.00 AM ,that time we have to eat and drink as many as posible .Why.???…becouse until that time past ,we have to do our obligation namely Fasting.                                               And this is picture if we do break fasting….

And then we do fasting until Magrib if we do fasting we have to keep desire and we can’t eat and drink…willy nilly we have to do this activity ,eventough we are hungry and thrusty but we do fasting happily..

Then in the afternoon before waiting for open fasting, usually we study about religius lern,we listen speech from Ustad in english Teacher…
